This restaurant set back from Cernay on the Ball-Trap site is well worth a visit! The daily menu includes an "all you can eat" cold buffet with cold meats and crudités, several choices of courses and desserts and everything is made with fresh products. The courses are varied, heartly and well-presented. The staff is pleasant and the owners are passionate and sympathetic.
