Your destination
Alsace, the mountain and more! History and heritage Over the centuries, the Valley of Saint-Amarin has gone through periods of light and shadow, the vestiges of which are still visible today and constitute places of memory and priceless discovery. A few trails for your discoveries with the Urbès Tunnel, the ruins of the Schlossberg castle, the Serret Museum or the Storckensohn Oil Mill, without forgetting the unmissable site of Wesserling Park. Breathtaking landscapes The Saint-Amarin Valley, nestled at the foot of the highest peaks in the Vosges, enjoys an exceptional natural environment. Between pastures and forests, you will discover a real little paradise of wild and unspoiled nature. Our charming villages nestled in the heart of our valley will lead you to waterfalls and mountain lakes; our high thatches will offer you a panorama and a breathtaking view of the plain of Alsace to the Bernese Alps. You can cross the most beautiful ridges of the massif by criss-crossing the Route des Crêtes which starts in Uffholtz, but which you can reach via Willer-sur-Thur or by joining the Markstein from Lac De Kruth Wildenstein. Gastronomy and Terroir Mountain agriculture preserves the beautiful landscapes of our valley. But it also provides excellent local products.
