At the entrance of the Thur valley, the Thanner Hubel farmhouse is located a little below the summit in an idyllic setting: all around, the nearby pastures colored with an incomparable palette of wild flowers; in the backdrop the Vosges mountain range tinged with a deep green, dominated by the Grand Ballon.
Renée-Laure and Serge with their daughter Lucile welcome you all year round with fragrant soups and traditional and convivial dishes. A daily menu is prepared with seasonal vegetables and meat according to slaughter.
